Client Content Rights

With the exception of PLR Content (Private Label Rights Content), the rewrites of such content, and SEO linkbuilding work, all content work we produce for you completely becomes your property. All such projects are "work for hire" and all sale, resale, lease, derivative work, master resell rights, and copyrights to the materials we produce for you.

If there are content elements to non-content work we do for you (for example: writing articles for article submission-based linkbuilding campaigns) the right to such content become your property as well.

Linkbuilding Lists and Confidentiality Policy

Due to the nature of such a service, we retain all rights to our preexisting submission lists we use for your backlink building campaigns. However, if you happen to have your own custom list of link directory, article submissions, social bookmark, or other types of backlink building site list, we will not share this information with other clients. In such an event, to protect both our confidentiality rights, we will send you our relevant submission list before you send us yours so you can see which sites (if any) are already on our list. You cannot claim these items as your confidential information since already exist on our own submissions list.
